How It All Began

In 2022, our founder Yuki Tanaka struggled with burnout after years of chasing grand goals without sustainable systems underneath them. Each time a big resolution failed, motivation slipped further away.

Inspired by the science of behavioural psychology and the Japanese concept of kaizen — continuous, incremental improvement — Yuki began tracking just one tiny habit per day. Within three months, the results were transformative.

Personal Growth was built to share that discovery with the world: a clean, distraction-free platform for tracking the small actions that compound into remarkable lives.
